Satellite Television Services, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide satellite television services to the Special Boat Training Command at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment, materials, labor, and installation to deliver multi-channel programming to 78 total cable drops. The contract will have a base year and four option years, starting on September 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2031. The contractor must ensure continuous HD viewing and provide maintenance to ensure the satellite services are functioning and available to all receivers. Key requirements include: • Providing lease of TV receivers with proper amplification • Supplying service to 78 total cable drops • Ensuring continuous HD viewing • Providing maintenance to ensure satellite services are functioning and available to all receivers • Having a local technician present within three business days to address any maintenance issues • Completing installation of any equipment necessary to provide satellite television services within 10 days after contract award • Establishing administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect nonpublic Government data • Coordinating access to military installations through the local Military Pass and Decal Office • Implementing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan to ensure work performed conforms to the scope of work and meets the requirements under this PWS
