The City of Sacramento’s Department of Human Resources/Risk Management is seeking a qualified third‑party claims administrator (TPA) to manage its self‑insured general liability and automobile liability claims for a five‑year term. The contractor must provide end‑to‑end claim handling, investigation, settlement coordination, litigation support, 24/7 emergency response, trust‑account administration, and electronic reporting while complying with all California statutes and City‑specific special handling instructions. The maximum contract value is $2.5 M (not‑to‑exceed) with a $300 k trust account and a $2 M self‑insured retention.
