Health TPA Services Selection for City Employees

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified third‑party administrator (TPA) to provide comprehensive administration of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), an Integrated HRA medical plan, and COBRA services for its employees and dependents. The contractor must be a licensed plan administrator in Ohio, capable of nationwide support, and must deliver a full suite of plan‑administration, reporting, member communication, and compliance services with strict performance guarantees and record‑keeping requirements. The contract will run for an initial three‑year term with optional one‑year extensions.
