Independent Cost Estimating Services

The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking a consulting engineering firm to provide independent cost estimating and scheduling services for highway and bridge projects. The selected firm will be required to perform tasks such as developing production-based cost estimates, creating CPM schedules, and conducting constructability reviews. The firm should have experience in serving as an independent cost estimator for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) projects and have key personnel with experience working for highway and bridge contractors. The contract will be for a five-year term, with no possible extensions, and the agreement type is IDIQ. The department reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
