Description
ZMK Construction, Inc. is seeking M/WBE/SDVOB participation for both material supply and subcontracting opportunities on this project. The work includes the reconstruction of a substantial area of walkways adjacent to the University Union and between Academic A and Academic B buildings. The work includes site restoration, landscaping and tree planting, as well as the replacement of an underground water line, and storm and sanitary utility improvements. New seating and miscellaneous site furnishings are also included as part of the project.

Subcontractor and supplier quotations are due by noon on October 13, 2026.
