Description
ZMK Construction, Inc. is seeking M/WBE/SDVOB participation for both material supply and subcontracting opportunities on this project. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the replacement of the Foster Valley Road Culvert over a tributary to Little Nanticoke Creek and completion of the associated work shown in the Contract Documents.
Key work elements are as follows:
Work Zone and Traffic Control
Demolition and Disposing of the Existing Superstructure
Demolition and Disposal of the Existing Abutments and Wingwalls
Reconstruction of the roadway approaches and drainage ditches to the limits shown on the contract drawings
Construction of the new Culvert
Installation of Guide Railings
Grading and all Approach Work
Plans and Specifications are available for review through the Engineer's online plan room at www.cplteamplanroom.com or at our main office by appointment only.
Subcontractor and supplier quotations are due by noon on October 21, 2026.
