On-Call Solid Waste Engineering Services

The Olmsted County Environmental Resources is seeking proposals from qualified solid waste engineering firms to provide Professional Solid Waste Engineering Services. The primary focus of this contract will be master planning for the Kalmar Landfill, including integration with adjacent and supporting facilities. The selected consultant will work closely with ER staff to provide technical expertise, regulatory guidance, and engineering design services on an as-needed basis.
