Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking sources for annual software maintenance, licensing, and technical support for the D3-MMP patient identification system used with thermal label and wristband printers. The requirement consists of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting support, operating system security patches, software updates, hardware repair/replacement, customer support, and initial operator training.
* The system is used at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center, San Felipe Health Clinic, Santa Clara Health Clinic, and Cochiti Health Clinic.
* The contractor must provide certification as a Small Business Indian Firm and meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” under the authority of the Buy Indian Act.
* The contractor must also provide a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) created in SAM.gov registration and a detailed capabilities statement.
