Long-Term Care Staffing Support

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide long-term care staffing support services. The selected vendor will assist the department in addressing the backlog of applications for Medicaid long-term care services, provide support to applicants and their representatives, and develop a plan to improve the efficiency of the eligibility determination process. The vendor will be responsible for conducting case reviews, making recommendations, and providing support to applicants. The contract is expected to be awarded for a period of 18 months, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional years. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting case reviews and making Medicaid long-term care financial eligibility recommendations • Providing support to applicants and their representatives • Developing a plan to improve the efficiency of the eligibility determination process • Conducting quality control reviews of case reviews and recommendations • Submitting reports to the department on a regular basis
