Seattle-Tacoma Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services

The U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking information from qualified contractors to provide Air Mobility Command (AMC) Gateway Passenger Services at Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport (SEA‑TAC). The contractor would support one outbound mission per day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, with the ability to handle additional inbound or overlapping missions as needed. Services include terminal‑side passenger processing, baggage acceptance, tag identification, weight interrogation, passenger staging, carousel monitoring, and manifest reconciliation. The contractor will not be responsible for ramp‑side baggage transport, aircraft loading/unloading, or handling of military working dogs.
