The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Walla‑Walla District is soliciting proposals to rehabilitate twelve (12) draft‑tube bulkheads at the Dworshak Dam (Skeleton Bay). The contractor must handle transportation of the 26‑30 ton bulkheads, perform blast cleaning, conduct 100 % weld inspection, execute up‑to‑40 linear‑foot weld repairs, and apply a USACE‑specified vinyl coating system (UFGS 09 97 02). The effort includes supplying paint kits, providing detailed handling and inspection reports, and delivering a one‑year warranty on the coating.
