One (1) or More New Pursuit-Rated AWD SUV Vehicles

The Lewis County Public Works - Fleet Services Department is seeking bids for one or more new pursuit-rated AWD SUV vehicles. The vehicles must meet the minimum specifications listed and conform to the current Motor Vehicle Laws/Codes of the State of Washington and the current Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. The successful bidder will be required to provide dealer factory pre-delivery service, transportation, and delivery of the vehicles to the Lewis County Motor Pool. The bidder must also provide complete sets of specified manuals and descriptive literature with reasonably detailed specifications for the unit offered. • The vehicles must be new models and meet the manufacturer’s standard specifications. • The bidder must provide a program on proper operation and maintenance of the vehicle/equipment prior to acceptance. • The bidder must provide references from three customers who have purchased similar equipment within the last three years. • The bidder must certify that they have read and understand the terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation.
