The City of Raton is seeking a long-term partnership with a prime vendor to provide comprehensive professional services, including engineering expertise, for the assessment, maintenance, and improvement of its electrical infrastructure. The services required include proactive maintenance, strategic improvement, and emergency planning for the Raton Substation, Old Power Plant, Unit 4 Generation, Distribution and Transmission System, and related infrastructure. The selected firm will enable Raton Public Service Co. to efficiently access a broad spectrum of expertise necessary for the thorough assessment, proactive maintenance, and strategic improvement of power quality and reliability. • The contract is for comprehensive engineering services • The services include assessment, maintenance, and improvement of electrical infrastructure • The infrastructure includes Raton Substation, Old Power Plant, Unit 4 Generation, Distribution and Transmission System, and related infrastructure • The contract is a long-term partnership through a Master Service Agreement (MSA) • The selection of a capable and experienced firm is of paramount importance to ensure the continued provision of high-quality electrical services and the protection of the regional infrastructure.
