REPAIR OF ARM, FIXED HOIST FOR USE ON MH-65

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a qualified aerospace repair firm to repair eight (8) fixed‑hoist arms used on the MH‑65 helicopter. The work must be performed at a contractor‑approved facility using OEM‑approved parts, tooling, and documentation (CMMs, AS9100/ISO‑9001 quality system). Items will be inspected, tested, and either returned to “Ready for Installation” (RFI) condition or declared “Beyond Economical Repair” (BER). The contractor must provide failure data reports, certificates of airworthiness, and maintain FAA/EASA Part 145 or equivalent certification for the contract duration. Delivery timelines are 90 calendar days for repair and 15 days for test/evaluation after receipt of components.
