RFP - 911 Digital Voice Logging Recorder

The County of Monroe is seeking proposals to supply a 911 Digital Voice Logging Recorder. This system will capture and store voice communications from emergency 911 calls, providing searchable archives for compliance, training, and quality assurance. The solution must integrate with existing 911 dispatch infrastructure, meet relevant federal and state recording standards, and support secure data retention. • Provide a fully functional digital voice logging recorder compatible with the County’s 911 dispatch system. • Include installation, configuration, and testing services to ensure seamless integration. • Deliver training for County personnel on system operation, maintenance, and data retrieval. • Offer ongoing technical support and warranty coverage for the life of the contract.
