The San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive, agency‑wide communications services over a three‑year term. The work spans strategic planning, content creation, branding, media relations, multilingual translation, web/graphic design, equity outreach, and management of the annual “Rising Together” summit.
