Temporary Worker Services

The State of Montana is soliciting responses for multiple contracts for Temporary Worker Services. The services include various occupations such as maintenance and repair workers, custodial or security services, grounds maintenance, operation of public drinking water supply, waste collection, and waste disposal systems, law enforcement, fire protection, public or school transportation driving, nursing, nurse’s aid services, and medical laboratory technician services. The proposal must comply with the instructions and procedures provided in the RFP document. • The RFP includes a list of required questions and mandatory requirements that must be met by the offeror. • The proposal must include a completed Business Information document, a Cost Proposal document, and an Offeror Qualifications document. • The State of Montana reserves the right to not accept any or all contract exceptions. • The awarded contractor is required to have a Unique Entity ID # (UEI #) and complete the Federal Form NDA889.
