QUALIFIED EVALUATOR NETWORK (QEN)

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a respondent to develop and manage a network of Qualified Evaluators (QE) to perform assessments on children in the care and custody of the Department. The selected respondent will provide commodities and contractual services that meet the requirements of the Department's Standard Contract and Standard Contract Part 2. The scope of work includes identifying QEs who can perform assessments on children in residential treatment facilities, providing a toll-free hotline, and collaborating with the Seminole Tribe's Qualified Evaluators. • The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2027, and last for three years. • The Department reserves the right to modify the solicitation by addenda. • Respondents must submit their responses electronically to the Procurement Officer by the deadline. • The Department will evaluate responses based on the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive respondent whose response is determined to be the most advantageous to the state.
