This indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract will provide law‑enforcement equipment to the HHS Office of Inspector General – Office of Investigations. Up to four SBA 8(a) firms may be awarded multiple‑award contracts, each with a total ceiling of $8.5 million over a five‑year ordering period. The scope includes tactical kits, uniforms, body armor, firearms, ammunition, personal protective equipment, and related accessories. Pricing is submitted via a Sample Order spreadsheet; prices are firm for the first 12‑month ordering period and then set at the delivery‑order level. The solicitation is open only to SBA‑certified 8(a) small businesses and incorporates extensive Buy‑American, Made‑in‑America PPE, Section 508, and foreign‑procurement tax compliance requirements.
