Household Hazardous Waste Collection Services

The Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Household Hazardous Waste Collection Services for a one-day event. The event will be held on November 7, 2026, and will accept various household hazardous waste items. The contractor will be responsible for the final classification, packaging, transportation, and proper recycling and disposal of received HHW. The contractor must provide their own staffing, equipment, storage/collection containers, safety equipment/supplies, trucking, and accidental spill/contamination/environmental hazard measures. • The contractor must have experience with hazardous waste programs and provide properly trained personnel. • The contractor must follow all OSHA guidelines, local, state, and federal laws. • The contractor must wear Hi-Viz vests. • The contractor must provide a proposed staffing plan, description of how materials will be processed for transportation and disposal, and identification of methods of disposal or treatment. • The contractor must submit a cost for each item listed in the Pricing Proposal document.
