State of Nevada Purchasing Division VenExpo24 Hospitality and Venue

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Hospitality & Venue services for the VenExpo24 event. The event will be a two-day combination in April 2024, with requirements including room availability, audio-visual equipment, food and beverage services, and parking. The vendor will need to provide a total of five event spaces, including a registration area, a 20,000-50,000 square foot room for the vendor fair, and three 40-50 capacity training rooms. The State is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution for the event, including all necessary equipment, services, and staff. • The vendor must be able to provide a room block of rooms for the event, with a minimum of two nights of accommodation at the U.S. General Services Administration Rate (GSA). • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, and sound systems. • The vendor must be able to provide food and beverage services, including coffee, tea, and light snacks, as well as box lunches or food trucks. • The vendor must be able to provide parking for vendors and participants, with a minimum of 300-500 parking spaces. • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and services for the vendor fair, including tables, chairs, and Wi-Fi.
