Description
The City of Pawtucket is seeking qualified contractors to perform early site‑work for the Tidewater Landing Phase 1 B Riverwalk East project. The scope includes clearing and grubbing, demolition, erosion‑ and sediment‑control installation, grading, earthwork, lead‑soil remediation, and the construction of temporary drainage structures and access paths on a 12‑acre waterfront site. The work must be completed between mid‑December 2026 and mid‑April 2027, with a firm bid deadline of 12 Nov 2026.
• Site clearing, tree removal, demolition, and grading of a 12‑acre waterfront parcel.
• Installation of erosion‑control measures, temporary sediment forebay, drainage swales, and closed‑drainage system.
• Removal, handling, and disposal of lead‑impacted soils, plus construction of gravity drains, catch basins, and manholes.
• Compliance with prevailing‑wage, bonding, insurance, and SAM.gov registration requirements.
