St. Paul's Blue-Greenway - Stormwater Phase

The City of Norfolk is soliciting sealed bids for the Stormwater Phase of the St. Paul’s Blue‑Greenway project. The work includes daylighting roughly 1,200 ft of an existing box culvert, extensive excavation, active‑flow management, deep foundations, retaining structures, a pedestrian bridge, drainage improvements, erosion‑ and sediment‑control measures, and site restoration.
