RFP_HR_Workplace Investigations

The City of Minneapolis is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide independent investigations of workplace complaints across city departments. Selected consultants will conduct interviews, gather evidence, and deliver comprehensive investigative reports within a 90‑day turnaround, supporting any subsequent administrative or legal proceedings. The contract is anticipated to run up to five years (three‑year base terms) with an expected workload of roughly 12 investigations per year per consultant. • Conduct full investigations of workplace complaints (interviews, evidence collection, analysis). • Deliver detailed investigative reports and provide support for any related hearings or litigation. • Maintain a staffing structure capable of handling 3‑5 concurrent investigations and meet a 90‑day cycle‑time. • Meet City requirements for insurance, living‑wage compliance, and potential AI‑generated content disclosures. • Provide experience in public‑sector HR investigations and demonstrate diversity/inclusion capabilities.
