Local Retail & Grocery - Supplemental

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting a supplemental proposal for Local Retail & Grocery services. This contract allows BISD campuses and departments to make purchases on an as-needed basis for a wide range of goods and services. The District intends to award contracts to multiple vendors using a catalog discount structure. • The contract will become effective upon Board approval following award notification and will continue through June 30, 2027, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms. • Vendors must provide a detailed description of the goods and services offered, including a fee schedule, pricing structure, applicable discounts, and any additional information BISD should consider when evaluating the company's products and services. • The evaluation criteria will include purchase price, reputation of the proposer, quality of goods or services, and the extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs. • The District reserves the right to award this RFP to multiple proposers, each line item separately, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the District.
