Local Retail & Grocery

The Wylie Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified local retail and grocery vendors to provide general supplies to students and staff. The goal of this RFP is to establish non-exclusive, as-needed local vendors for general (day-to-day) supplies, services, and grocery and retail needs. The contract term is from August 17, 2026, through August 31, 2026, with the option to auto-renew through August 31, 2031. • The District will open, evaluate, and qualify proposals every month. • Evaluation will be based on the qualities outlined in the Award Evaluation Criteria, the service to be provided, and the District's needs. • The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple vendors. • Submissions must be made through the District’s e-bidding system, IonWave.
