Jacksonville Wastewater Utility – Request for Statements of Qualifications for Municipal Legal Services

The Jacksonville Wastewater Utility (JWU) is seeking qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide on‑call municipal legal services across a broad range of subjects, including municipal law, sewer‑improvement districts, labor and employment, environmental law, litigation support, real‑estate, public finance, contract review, and other specialized legal matters. Submissions are limited to firms or attorneys licensed in Arkansas with demonstrable municipal or public‑sector experience. The solicitation is a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) process; the utility will evaluate proposals and award contracts to the most suitable provider(s) based on qualifications and best interest to the utility.
