The State of North Dakota’s Information Technology Department is seeking a vendor to provide MuleSoft iPaaS licensing and comprehensive professional‑services support to upgrade its existing MuleSoft 3.x environment to the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Enterprise). The effort includes hybrid on‑premise and cloud deployment, API‑management for roughly 100 services, FedRAMP (or equivalent TX‑RAMP) compliance, detailed implementation planning, training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support. The contract will run for three years with possible one‑year renewals and includes strict security, data‑residency, and SLA requirements. • Provide MuleSoft commercial iPaaS licenses (production & non‑production) and associated SaaS/On‑Premise components. • Deliver base implementation services: environment provisioning, identity‑access control, API‑management setup, documentation, and training using the State’s Microsoft Teams tenant. • Meet FedRAMP‑authorized (or TX‑RAMP‑acceptable) security standards, adhere to detailed SLA response times, and supply annual architecture & security documentation.
