Tent Rentals - Airshow 2027

The United States Air Force is seeking information from potential vendors for tent rentals and setup/teardown services for the 2027 Beale Air Show. The event will take place from April 16-18, 2027, at Beale Air Force Base in California. The required services include providing a large distinguished visitor tent and 51 canopy tents, all of which must be white, rectangular, and weighted down to prevent wind damage. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and tearing down the tents, as well as providing safety instructions and guidelines to event staff and volunteers. • The distinguished visitor tent must be 60'x40'x10' in size and have three walled sides with clear windows. • The 47 canopy tents must be 10'x10'x10' in size. • The 4 canopy tents must be 10'x20'x10' in size. • All tents must be set up by 9:00 AM on April 15, 2027, and torn down by 7:00 AM on April 19, 2027. • The contractor must provide adequate insurance to cover replacement costs of any equipment used in support of the Air Show.
