Oils, Greases and Fluids UTC

The City of Columbus is seeking a vendor to provide a Universal Term Contract for the purchase of Oils, Greases, and Fluids to be used in the maintenance of City vehicles. The proposed contract will be in effect through October 31, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to provide and deliver the specified materials. Bidders are asked to quote discounts off price list/catalog pricing and must submit an outline of their experience and work history in providing these types of materials and/or warranty services. Some key points to consider are: • The City will award one bidder for this contract and will not award individual items. • The awarded bidder must be capable of bulk deliveries. • The contract will be for a term of approximately 2 years. • The City may provide estimated quantities for the requested items, but the awarded bidder must be able to provide the full scope of items.
