The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking to lease approximately 4,400 square feet of office space in the Sussex County area of Delaware. The space must be located in a modern, quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition. The building must have a minimum of 20 surface parking spaces, including 2 ADA-compliant spaces, and must be located in an area with attractive, prestigious surroundings. The lease term will be for 20 years, with 5 years firm, and the Government will have termination rights after the firm term. The successful offeror will be required to provide a fully serviced lease, including rent, operating costs, and real estate taxes.
