The University of Wisconsin‑Madison is seeking a vendor to lease and install a coin‑less arcade gaming system for the Sett Recreation area in Union South. The contract will be a three‑year lease‑to‑own arrangement with an optional one‑year renewal, and the award will be based on the lowest total price for the goods and installation. The vendor must provide fully certified arcade cabinets, a centralized card‑based payment platform, installation services, training, warranty, and ongoing support, and must comply with UW‑Madison safety, insurance, and background‑check requirements. • Provide a full suite of full‑size upright arcade cabinets (coin‑less, card‑compatible) and a centralized debit‑card system. • Perform delivery, installation, power/network integration, on‑site testing, and user training at the Union South recreation space. • Supply warranty, remote support, and optional lease‑to‑own buy‑out options, meeting all UW‑Madison procurement, insurance, and compliance standards.
