Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System and Ceiling Cleaning Services / Wright-Patterson AFB

The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) in Ohio is seeking a non-personal services contract for commercial kitchen exhaust system and ceiling cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning and degreasing of the commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including routine and deep-cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans. The contractor will also be required to clean and maintain the kitchen ceiling areas within the designated facility. The services must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and comply with all applicable commercial fire, safety, and health codes. • The contract is set aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 561790. • The anticipated period of performance consists of a 12-month base year and four consecutive 12-month option years. • The contractor must be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. • The contractor shall provide replacement filters that are compatible with the existing equipment in accordance with PWS Section 3.2.6. • The contractor shall coordinate and schedule all semi-annual maintenance with the Government's in-house maintenance staff.
