RETAIL/GENERAL MERCHANDISE STORES, GROCERY STORES, FOOD SUPPLIERS & RESTAURANT/CATERING

Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is issuing an informal RFP to establish a multi‑award “catalog” of approved vendors for retail/general merchandise, grocery, food supply, and restaurant/catering products. Vendors will submit a proposal that includes pricing (discounts inclusive of shipping/handling, FOB Destination), required forms (W‑9, Conflict of Interest, Form 1295), and attestations to numerous Texas and federal certifications. The contract term covers the 2026‑2027 school year with the option to extend three additional years (2027‑2030) by mutual agreement. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on a rolling basis; DISD will maintain a vendor list for on‑demand purchases throughout the contract period. Vendors must comply with state purchasing laws, background‑check requirements, and a host of ethical and compliance certifications.
