The Agency of Education is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to develop a document to serve as a resource or tool that educational personnel at Vermont high schools can use to ensure each required credit in the Vermont Graduation Requirements is accessible to students with intensive disabilities and multilingual students. The selected bidder will be responsible for developing the document, providing virtual training sessions, and offering technical assistance to Vermont high schools. The contract will be for a period of 17 months with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods. • The bidder must have experience working with students with intensive disabilities and multilingual students. • The bidder must have expertise in differentiated instruction, accommodations, modifications, and goal attainment scaling. • The bidder must be able to develop a document that is aligned to the required credits and corresponding common core standards. • The bidder must be able to provide virtual training sessions and technical assistance to Vermont high schools.
