The City of Oregon City Urban Renewal Agency is seeking proposals from developers for the redevelopment of the Northeast Gateway Project. The project aims to include tourism-oriented elements, such as hotel/motel and/or extended stay, retail, restaurant, conference facility with banquet and meeting rooms, studios/galleries, small-scale grocery, and indoor entertainment venues. The agency prefers mixed-use development that encompasses two or more of these uses. • The project is located in the Urban Renewal District. • The agency will accept electronic submissions until January 30, 2026. • Late proposals will not be considered. • Proposal selection is expected to occur during the March/April 2026 time frame. • The agency is not seeking proposals for standalone developments such as offices, multi-family housing/bed & breakfast, live/work, or child care facility.
