General Discount Bid for As-Needed Vendors

The Eanes Independent School District (EISD) is soliciting proposals for As-Needed Vendors to provide various goods and services. The district is looking for vendors who can supply items such as general goods, facility maintenance and operations, and trade skilled labor. The contract will be in effect from the date of award through June 30, 2025, with the option to automatically renew for four additional one-year periods. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals as soon as possible, and awards will be made to proposers who have received a passing rating on all criteria. • The district is seeking vendors for various categories, including general goods and services, facility maintenance and operations, and trade skilled labor. • Vendors must submit a completed packet indicating the category of goods/services available from the vendor. • The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the district. • The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, and vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The district is an equal opportunity employer and encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate.
