Wastewater Treatment Plant Oxidation Ditch Aeration and Gates Replacement

The Village of Cary is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the oxidation ditch aeration equipment and slide gates at its wastewater treatment plant. The scope includes all labor, equipment, appurtenances, and materials necessary for removal, installation, testing, and commissioning of new aeration motors, gear reducers, shafts, bearings, weather hoods, ditch brushes, discs, and gates, as well as any required permits, traffic control, and site restoration to meet Illinois EPA and Village standards. • Provide complete turnkey solution: demolition, procurement, installation, and start‑up of aeration system and gates. • Must supply all components (motors, reducers, shafts, bearings, etc.) and handle permitting, traffic control, and testing. • Project must comply with IEPA regulations and Village of Cary specifications; mandatory pre‑bid meeting on September 10, 2026.
