Custodial Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (OHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for its properties. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and periodic tasks such as inspecting and cleaning common areas, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash cans, and cleaning glass surfaces. The contract will require the contractor to provide services at multiple locations, including apartments, buildings, and offices. The contractor will be responsible for recommending additional cleaning services as needed and reporting any maintenance, safety, or other problems. • The contract includes a range of tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning walls, and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. • The contractor will be required to provide services at multiple locations, including apartments, buildings, and offices. • The contract will require the contractor to recommend additional cleaning services as needed and report any maintenance, safety, or other problems. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contract will be awarded to the contractor that provides the best value to OHA, based on factors such as price, experience, and qualifications.
