Sources Sought for Large A&E Services, Ellsworth AFB, SD

The US Air Force is seeking sources for large Architect and Engineering (A-E) services at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The scope of services includes Title I, Title II, Base Comprehensive Plans, and other A-E services. Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required A-E services. The contract period of performance will consist of one 12-month basic year, plus four option year periods of 12 months each, for a total of five years if all options are exercised. • The proposed NAICS Code is 541330, which has a corresponding size standard of $25,500,000.00. • The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice with a capability statement, including company information, UEI Number and/or CAGE Code, and any anticipated teaming arrangements. • All interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this sources sought notice.
