The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform lead-based paint abatement services for Building 98, a 4,000 square foot maintenance garage located at the Gila River Indian Community in Arizona. The project involves removing lead-based paint from 2,642 square feet of structural steel beams, ensuring compliance with federal, tribal, and local environmental regulations, and providing comprehensive documentation of all abatement activities. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed abatement work plan, conduct pre-abatement assessments, and implement a comprehensive worker protection and health and safety program.
