Budget estimate

$35,000 – $100,000

The solicitation estimates the construction cost between $350,000 and $500,000. Assuming the contractor’s profit margin ranges from 10% to 20%, the anticipated earnings for the winning firm would likely fall in the $35,000‑$100,000 range. Factors influencing the final budget include the exact scope of work, any unforeseen site conditions, and the contractor’s cost structure.
