Water Well Repair

The Nevada Department of Human Services is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive water‑well repair and replacement work at the Nevada Youth Training Center in Elko, NV. The scope includes replacement of the 4‑inch water main, meter, check valve, associated piping, and related site restoration activities, as well as compliance with state safety, security, and PREA requirements. The contract is a short‑term service agreement valued under $1 million with an anticipated start in late November 2026 and completion by the end of June 2027. • Replace 4‑inch water main, meter, and check valve; install new MJ couplings, C‑900 DR‑14 pipe, and silent check valve. • Perform site work: backfill, compaction, vault sealing, debris removal, and coordination with NYTC maintenance staff. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and ensure compliance with Nevada safety, PREA policies, and required insurance and certification documentation.
