Demolition, Masonry and Scaffolding, 12,000 Sqf

We are looking for subcontractor for demolition, masory and scaffolding of three stairwells at M485 Laguardia Highschool (Manhattan). DO NOT OFFER ANY TAKE OFF SERVICES OR BID SERVICES. WE ALREADY HAVE THE PROJECT. Work consists of 12,000 sqf, exisiting masonry walls to be demoluitioed and replaced with new glazed cement blocks. Subcontractor is provide their own scaffolding. General Contractor (Apollon Group LLC) will provide the masonry blocks. Subcontractor MUST be PLA/Union subcontracter and SCA masonry labor. Workers need to be Union/PLA, and your company must be approved by SCA to work within the demo/masonry/installation codes. Labor Requirements: You are to provide the Labor (And Tools)Demolition consists of 2 staircases (Staircase C, D).Masonry installation is 2 (staircase C, D).Must include Scaffolding (System Scaffolding) Protection Daily Cleanup We want a 2 week ahead schedule, daily logs and reports, weekly payroll reflecting union rates. Most importantly, we need you to be approved by NYCSCA. When we spoke in the office, you said you were working on it. Has there been any progress? We will provide the glazed blocks.We will provide the permits. Proposal Requirements: We need each item, as well as labor, rates and any other items addressed as its own line item, with pricing. Financial Requirements: We need a letter from your broker, showing that you can put up a $450,000 - 2,000,000 performance Bond. (Price reflects your estimate amout).
