Financial Audits of Fiscal Year-ends 2026 & 2027

The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority is seeking a qualified CPA firm to perform financial audits for fiscal year-ends 2026 and 2027. The selected firm will be required to provide audit services, including preparation of financial statements, notes to the financial statements, and required supplementary information. The firm will also be required to provide a brief oral presentation to the Authority's Board of Directors upon completion of the audit. The contract is expected to be for a two-year period, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods. • The CPA firm must have experience with similar types and sizes of organizations like the Authority. • The firm must provide a list of staff who will perform the work, including their names, titles, years of experience, and qualifications. • The firm must provide a cost proposal, including average hourly rates and total hours for financial statement work and federal compliance work. • The firm must provide a description of their approach to the audit, including their methodology and any innovative approaches they will use.
