Fund Auditor

The Middlesex County Joint Health Insurance Fund is seeking a qualified auditor to perform a full suite of audit and financial reporting services for its 2026‑2027 contract year. The awardee will serve as the official Fund Auditor, delivering an annual GAAP‑compliant audit, conducting semi‑annual eligibility audits, and assisting with quarterly unaudited financial statements and cash‑flow reviews. The contract runs from May 1 2026 through April 30 2027 and requires ongoing interaction with the Fund Administrator and compliance with New Jersey statutes and NAIC reporting standards. • Conduct an annual audit in accordance with N.J.S.A. 4OA:10‑46, N.J.A.C. 11:15‑3.24, and GAAP. • Perform semi‑annual eligibility audits of employee coverage using random sampling. • Assist in preparation and review of quarterly unaudited statements, balance sheets, and cash‑flow statements. • Deliver required audit reports (balance sheet, statement of operations, cash flows, changes in capital/surplus, and notes). • Provide additional related audit or consulting services as requested by the Fund.
