Tennessee Tech University’s Athletics Department is seeking a qualified motorcoach provider to transport its Women’s Volleyball team and associated staff on ten scheduled trips across the southeastern United States during the 2026 season. The contractor must supply a 56‑passenger motorcoach (≤ 5 years old) equipped with restroom, DVD, Wi‑Fi, satellite TV, power outlets, HVAC, and a non‑smoking interior, along with a qualified driver for each trip. All travel‑related costs (fuel, driver wages, layovers, dead‑head, etc.) are the contractor’s responsibility; lodging for the driver will be provided by the university. The contract may be awarded on a per‑trip low‑bid basis or as a total low‑bid, and optional trips (2 and 5) will be awarded only if the quoted price is acceptable. Bids must be submitted by June 30, 2026. • Provide one 56‑passenger motorcoach and driver for each of up to ten trips (Aug – Nov 2026). • Meet detailed equipment, safety, insurance, and driver‑licensing requirements (e.g., $5 M auto liability, $2 M general liability). • Submit itemized pricing for each trip; optional trips are quoted separately and may be omitted if not cost‑effective.
