Intent to Sole Source NG 911 to Hawaiian Telcom Federal LLC

The DITCO-Pacific intends to award a sole source Inquiry/Quote/Order (IQO) to Hawaiian Telcom Federal LLC for NG911 services supporting U.S. Navy Region Hawaii, Regional Dispatch Center. This will be a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) reaward for NG911 Intrado Viper equipment and services interfacing with Hawaii's NG911 network and supporting statewide Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing NG911 services to support U.S. Navy Region Hawaii, Regional Dispatch Center • Interfacing with Hawaii's NG911 network • Supporting statewide Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) • Utilizing NG911 Intrado Viper equipment and services The Government retains sole discretion regarding competition, and information received will only be considered for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
