Refuse Services for ASPC-Safford, ASPC-Safford/Fort Grant and Safford Armory (DEMA)

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, non‑hazardous refuse collection, transport, and disposal services for three Arizona correctional‑facility sites: ASPC‑Safford, ASPC‑Safford/Fort Grant, and the Safford Armory (DEMA). The contractor must supply and maintain front‑end‑load containers, operate scheduled pickups (including weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly frequencies), and be available for “will‑call” special pickups. All work must comply with state security clearances, smoke‑free policies, and environmental permitting requirements.
