Stilson Transit Center Solar Array

Teton County is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of a photovoltaic (PV) solar installation on the roof of the Stilson Transit Center. The purpose of this project is to offset a portion of the site's electrical load, reduce demand charges, and advance the County's energy-efficiency and sustainability goals. The selected firm will be responsible for developing the full system design, construction documents, and installation of a code-compliant and cost-effective PV system. • The PV system shall be mounted on the main Transit Center roof and will interconnect to the building's 400A 3-phase electrical service. • The roofing material is standing seam metal. • All system designs shall adhere to the 2023 National Electrical Code, ASCE 7-16, IFC, and all local and jurisdictional design standards. • The installation firm must have project team members certified in Solar PV Installation by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). • The project must be completed and placed in service by November 8, 2026.
